Safety Precautions for Gantry Machining Center Operation

The operator should be familiar with and master the performance and characteristics of the gantry machining center machine. Ensure that the emergency stop switch can quickly and effectively play its role in emergency situations to avoid injury accidents.

Wear labor protective equipment as required, and it is strictly prohibited to operate with gloves.

When the equipment is working, do not touch the electronic switch with damp hands to avoid electric shock, and do not touch any moving parts with your hands.

4. Do not place tools or non machined workpieces on gantry machining centers or moving objects.

The computer desk next to the machine must be sturdy and must not be placed on moving parts.

When loading and unloading workpieces, first stop the machine and pay attention to maintaining an appropriate distance between the workpiece and the tool. During machine operation, do not arbitrarily open the front door and left and right protective covers to avoid personal injury.

After completing the tool setting, please run with DRY RUN first to ensure that the program is correct.

8. When shutting down the machine after power failure or emergency stop, the three axes should be restored to the original position of the machine.

9. Do not remove the travel switch or any related parts of the protection switch without authorization.
