If the noise or temperature rise is too large, it is necessary to find out whether it is a mechanical problem such as a bearing or a parameter setting problem with its matching amplifier, and take corresponding measures to solve it. If not, check the fault causes of other mechanical parts item by item.

3、 CNC system part

As we know, CNC system is the control core of precision vertical machining centers. Its maintenance is crucial. Maintenance items generally include CNC units, power modules, I/O interfaces, servo amplifiers, spindle amplifiers, operation panels, and displays. Mainly check whether the relevant voltage values are within the specified range; Whether the connection of electrical components is loose, etc;

4、 Measurement feedback element part

Generally speaking, measurement feedback devices include encoders, transfer detection elements, and so on. For precision vertical machining centers equipped with a full closed loop, it is necessary to detect components such as grating rulers, focusing on detecting whether the connection of each component is loose, and whether it is contaminated by oil or dust. Dust and fine iron filings are highly likely to damage such components.
